The problem
Every installation ends with programming the system and producing the commissioning paperwork. Done by hand, that took a technician about 4 hours per job, and each of the business’s six technicians was doing around three jobs a week.
That’s skilled engineers, charged out at $150 an hour, spending a big part of their week on documents.
What we built
A semi-automated programming and commissioning program built around how the technicians already work. They enter the job details once, and it produces the programming and every commissioning document in the format the business and its clients expect. The technician reviews and signs off.
A 4-hour job now takes about half an hour, and the documents come out the same way every time.
