Offload Labs is a small software business based in Adelaide, South Australia. This page explains what we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it. In short: only what we need to reply to you, no tracking cookies, and we’ll delete it if you ask.

What we collect

When you send a request through our form, we collect what you type in:

  • your name, business name, email address and phone number
  • your industry and general location (Adelaide, elsewhere in Australia, or overseas)
  • what you’d like automated, the software involved, how often and how long it takes, and your budget
  • when you’d like a call, and anything else you choose to tell us

We also note which page the request came from (for example, the calculator) so we know what’s useful. We don’t ask for, and don’t want, passwords or your clients’ data through the form.

Why we collect it

To reply to your request, book the free call, and prepare a quote. If you become a client, we keep it as part of our project and business records. We don’t sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.

Where it’s stored

  • Form submissions are stored in a database run by Cloudflare.
  • Emails about your request are sent through Resend, an email delivery service.
  • Spam protection on the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is sending it.

These providers may store data on servers outside Australia. We choose providers with strong security practices and only give them what they need to do their job.

Cookies and analytics

We don’t use tracking or advertising cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. If you use the light/dark switch, your choice is saved in your own browser and never sent to us.

How long we keep it

If you don’t go ahead with a project, we delete your request once it’s no longer needed. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as the law requires for tax and business purposes.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time, and we’ll do it promptly. Email us at [email protected].

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first so we can fix it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
